How this is going to work is:

I will break [this course] down into 2-minute long, bite-sized videos for you to digest and learn from. Short enough to do a little bite once a day, or go through all of them, if you want to do it all at once… And short enough to watch them again, if you want to let it soak in.

In the fashion of Meditation, I would invite you to be very Present when you Listen. There are lots of ways to listen and be multi-tasking, but since what we are talking about is Meditation, which is all about Presence and Awareness and Attention, I would invite you to make this a Meditative Practice - just taking the course.

Find a comfortable place to Be. I would recommend sitting. I’m sitting on a chair. You could sit on the floor. You could sit on the floor, on a raised cushion. You could sit on your couch with your legs crossed, or lay on the floor, or stand. 

I’ll give you some ways to reflect upon your position, and how that supports you, and when it might be time to find balance in another way. 

The structure will be 2-minute chunks of learning & two-minute meditation trials or experiences.
