I am Keira Burgess. I will be your guide and your teacher/facilitator. I am here to help you get comfortable with an entry-level meditation practice. My goal is to inform you a bit, to give you a selection of tips and tools and some guided, short meditations - for you to begin your practice of meditation. I want it to feel accessible. I hope that I can make it easier for you. I hope that my guidance makes this a more comfortable place to begin.
If youβve been curiousβ¦ If youβve felt like itβs something that you want and need, but you havenβt begun, because thereβs been no set structure; I am here to provide some structure, some tips, some tools, and my interest in meditation to share with youβ¦ Because I do believe that understanding this, and simplifying it, and demystifying the complications of itβ¦ Just learning to appreciate simple moments throughout your day, throughout your life, can be so helpful in so many ways!
