Hello, and welcome to β€œMedi-whaaaa!? Intro to Meditation.” 

[Edit: This course was originally called "Medi-whaaaa!?" ;) ]

I am Keira Burgess. I will be your guide and your teacher/facilitator. I am here to help you get comfortable with an entry-level meditation practice. My goal is to inform you a bit, to give you a selection of tips and tools and some guided, short meditations - for you to begin your practice of meditation. I want it to feel accessible. I hope that I can make it easier for you. I hope that my guidance makes this a more comfortable place to begin. 

If you’ve been curious… If you’ve felt like it’s something that you want and need, but you haven’t begun, because there’s been no set structure; I am here to provide some structure, some tips, some tools, and my interest in meditation to share with you… Because I do believe that understanding this, and simplifying it, and demystifying the complications of it… Just learning to appreciate simple moments throughout your day, throughout your life, can be so helpful in so many ways!
